1.
Any software installed by The Computer Hospital
will be provided with a Certificate of Authenticity
and a valid licence.
2.
The Computer Hospital are not responsible
for any Third Party software installed on
a system. Any software installed by the customer
is done so at their own risk.
3.
Re-formats and restores will only be completed if the customer
has an existing licence for their operating
system. If no licence is available, then the
customer must purchase the licence from The
Computer Hospital.
4.
The Computer Hospital cannot and will not
be held responsible for malfunctions of machines
due to customer intervention. Whether this
be internally or via Third Party software
installations. Doing so, may invalidate your
warranty with us.
5.
All service work carries a minimum of 3 months
warranty. Any parts used for upgrades will
carry a 12 month manufacturer warranty. All
new systems carry a 12 month warranty, and
selected refurbished units carry a minimum
of 6 months warranty.
6.
Systems that have been repaired or upgraded
by The Computer Hospital will always be demonstrated
to the customer to show full functionality
and the effect of the upgrade.
7.
In all cases, warranty will require a return
to base for repair/replacement. We will endeavor
to resolve any problems within 28 days.
8.
All call outs are chargeable unless we can
NOT fix your problem.
9.
Estimates can be given upon request, Please
note, estimates are a guideline, and in the
event of a price change, you will be notified
first and asked to confirm before service
commences.
10.
All payments for service and sales can be
taken by Cash, Cheque, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. If you wish to pay by
Credit or Debit Card, please ask us for our
PayPal payment address.
11.
The Computer Hospital is a trading division
of Combined Services Group. We are a VAT registered
company and are able to provide a VAT invoice
if required. Our UK VAT registration number is 862 0919 19
12.
We usually do not offer Trade Accounts or Finance Services to our customers. If you would like to setup such facility for payments, please contact us first so we can discuss options available.
13. We reserve the right to amend our prices and these terms without prior notice.
These
Terms and Conditions are unique to The Computer
Hospital and do not affect your Statutory
Rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 -
Refunds will only be offered if systems are
sold and are faulty, or if service work has
not resolved the reported problem (and no
customer intervention has been recorded).
